DRINKS

Breckenridge Mango Mosaic Pale Ale, where its Mosaic hops take center stage and contribute a wonderful fruity aroma, while guava, mango and passion fruit lend a unique sweetness to the hop character of this pale ale. To build upon the tropical attributes of the hops, thousands of pounds of mango puree have been added per batch. Munich malts provide body and balance as well as a subtle sweetness that pairs perfectly with the fruit. This intermingling of ingredients creates a memorable and refreshing pale ale. 5.5% abv

Melt Mai Tai, made of Bacardi rum, Gran Gala, fresh lime juice, housemade orgeat syrup* and a Myers dark rum float, and is our take on this famous and very mysterious Polynesian-style cocktail. (Our house-made orgeat syrup is crucial for creating an exceptional Mai Tai and is made from roasting and then pulverizing almonds to a liquid form and then sweetening the liquid to create a syrup)
