EISENHAUER, Richard J.
91, of Port Charlotte, FL, died peacefully on October 17, 2021. He was born on July 24, 1930, in Dayton, OH, the son of Charles and Helen (Unger) Eisenhauer.
He was preceded in death by his wife Joann (Bramlage) Eisenhauer (1978), his parents and 10 siblings. He is survived by his sister Helen Ann Poelking-Witt, children

Dick was a graduate of Chaminade High school class of 1948, University of Dayton class of 1953 and served in the U.S. Army. He retired as the Vice President of The Universal Tool Co.
Dick loved to travel the world, even being chased by Somali pirates on one of his many cruises! He also loved his woodworking shop which occupied much of his time after retirement. Ultimately, Dick died of boredom because he was
unable to travel during the pandemic!
Visitation will be held at 10:30, Nov. 19th, 2021, at St. Albert the Great Church, Kettering, OH, followed by Mass of
Christian Burial at noon, with burial at Calvary Cemetery. Hopefully, Dick will be in attendance. His children have
allowed plenty of time between now and then since he
always said "when you have time to spare, go by air"!
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton or Tidewell Hospice, Sarasota, FL.
