Alex Wright and his sister, Eleanor, push their broghter, Vincent, in their Bullet Bill during one of the heats at the National Trail Parks and Recreation Cardboard Classic Bobsled Races Saturday, March 11, 2023 at the Chiller Ice Skating Rink. This year 17 teams competed for gold with their most creative bobsleds. The only materials permitted for construction of the bobsleds are cardboard, tape, glue, wax and paint. Teams of one or two pushed their sleds while the pilot guides it towards the finish line from inside. Prizes were awarded for race winners and the most creative bobsleds. BILL LACKEY/STAFF
