84-year-old found safe after he was reported missing on Christmas morning

Update 2:25 a.m. EST Dec. 26: Gwinnett County police have confirmed Willie Neal, 84, has been found safe. Neal vanished following a Christmas morning breakfast at Waffle House

Original report: Gwinnett County police are searching for an 84-year-old man last seen eating breakfast at Waffle House on Christmas morning.

Willie Neal was last seen at the restaurant around 8 a.m.

Neal suffers from high blood pressure and is currently receiving dialysis. He was last seen driving a white Buick Lacrosse with Georgia handicap tag XLB254.

Neal is approximately 5 feet, 9 inches, and 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing khaki pants, a navy blue Chicago Bears jacket, a navy blue Army 82nd Airborne hat, and gray and blue slippers.

Neal does not have his cellphone and his family is anxious to have him home safe this holiday.

If anyone comes into contact with Willie or sees his vehicle, they are asked to contact Gwinnett police or their local 911 center.
