Avery Stroh was fishing Sunday on Otter Tail Lake with his father, brother and uncle when he landed the catch, his first walleye, using a tadpole as bait on a rod smaller than popular toy poles, KARE reported.
Avery has been fishing since he was 2, when he would practice casting a hook-less weight.
Next, he told KARE he would like to land a giant northern pike.
