An Arkansas woman’s ability to accessorize attracted the wrong sort of attention recently, ending with her arrest on multiple drug and traffic charges.

Jessica Kropp, 38, was stopped by Flippin, Arkansas, police officer Kenneth Looney on Sept. 24 for an expired tag, but it was her unusual hair bow that ultimately stole his attention, the Baxter Bulletin reported.

According to the probable cause affidavit, Looney noticed while detaining Kropp what appeared to be a bow in her hair.

“The bow appeared to be a small, zip-locked bag containing a white crystal-like substance of suspected methamphetamine. The baggie had a small rubber band around the middle, giving it a bow shape and was attached to a bobby pin. The substance was affixed to the right side of her head, attached to her hair,” the affidavit states.

When confronted about the illicit accessory, Kropp claimed to know nothing of its existence and accused someone else of placing it on her head, KTLO reported

Looney also found multiple bags of meth and drug paraphernalia upon searching the contents of Kropp's purse, the station reported.

Kropp, whose bond was set at $23,210, has been charged with felony counts of possession of meth or cocaine with purpose to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is also charged with misdemeanor counts of driving with a suspended license and not having liability insurance, the Bulletin reported.
