The five-bed, seven-bathroom home was built in 2015 and sits on over 5 acres adjacent to the ninth hole of The Country Club.
According to WFXT, the listing details the home as a "one of a kind masterpiece," with an eat-in and chef's kitchen, grand stairwell, recreation room, wine room, gym and spa. There is also an additional 2,400-square-foot detached barn-inspired guest house.
This comes just days after Brady and the New England Patriots agreed on a two-year contract extension that is set to keep the quarterback in Foxborough through the end of the 2021 season.
Brady and Bundchen have not yet commented on the decision to list the home, but it was recently reported the couple was looking for homes in Greenwich, Connecticut.
