The third person who was killed in Monday's Amtrak train derailment in Dupont, Washington, has been identified.
Benjamin Gran, 40, of Auburn, was identified by the Pierce County medical examiner Wednesday.
Court documents show Gran was convicted of possession of child pornography in 2014.
He was sentenced to two years in prison.
Documents show that Gran was supposed to be on supervised release for the rest of his life and was to enroll in a two-year treatment program "for autism and related issues."
Two other men, best friends and rail enthusiasts Jim Hamre and Zack Willhoite, were also killed when Amtrak Cascades Train 501 derailed over Interstate 5. Dozens of other people were injured in the derailment.
