Jaryd Ramos, 22, of Philadelphia, was charged with capital murder in the deaths of Barbara Gromley, 59, and Regina Gromley, 90, according to Lt. Scott Spencer, spokesman for the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
Spencer said Ramos, who was arrested Tuesday, admitted to killing the two women because he was "tired of them," KTRK reported.
“This is a horrific crime,” the Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

Investigators with the Sheriff's Office believe Ramos moved into his great-grandmother's home in Spring in July, according to KHOU.
According to investigators, Ramos admitted killing the women Nov. 5. On Nov. 26, family members filed a missing person report with the Harris County Sheriff's Office, KTRK reported.
When deputies interviewed Ramos on Monday, he allowed them to search the premises, according to the news release. Deputies found the body of Regina Gromley inside a trash can behind the home, the Sheriff’s Office said. Ramos admitted to killing his great-grandmother after her body was discovered, according to the news release.
