Oklahoma man calls 911 saying he killed his wife, officials say

Deputies went to the house in Clearview and arrested Tommy Gouge.

According to documents, Gouge had been convicted and sentenced for assault with a dangerous weapon in 2011.

In mid-January, his wife had gotten a protective order against him.

Officers arrested him for possession of a gun as a felon later that month, and he got released for probation on February 11.

He told deputies he and his wife had been arguing through text.

Charges have not yet been filed.
