According to KLAS-TV, the crash occurred about 8 p.m. after a single-engine plane took off from Henderson Executive Airport near Las Vegas, authorities said. The plane, later identified as a Beechcraft Sierra made in 1977, was carrying four people, the Las Vegas Sun reported. One person was pronounced dead at the crash scene, while another died at a nearby hospital, officials said. The two others on board were seriously injured, according to the newspaper.
