Gwinnett County officers were sent to an apartment in the 200 block of New Hope Road about 10 a.m. after receiving a call about a domestic dispute, according to a Lawrenceville police report obtained by AJC.com.

When officers arrived, a woman said her daughter told her that Black had touched her inappropriately.

The 7-year-old told her mother that Black had “touched her privates with his mouth,” the incident report said. Black had just moved into the apartment the previous day, according to the incident report.

Black ran from the apartment before officers arrived. He was arrested June 24 and booked into the Gwinnett jail, records show. He is charged with two counts of child molestation, two counts of sexual battery against a child under the age of 16, and two counts of failure to appear.
