Man accidentally shoots himself on way to buy holster for gun, police say

An Alabama man was on the way to buy a holster for his gun Thursday when he accidentally shot himself, police said.

The man shot himself around 4 p.m. in the parking lot of a sporting goods store, WAAY reported.
