A man and his wife in South Carolina told WCSC they're used to seeing a gator or egrets floating past their house, but not an island of trees.

Thanks to Hurricane Dorian, they can cross that off their bucket list.

Amanda Barclay had evacuated from their Lowcountry home, but her husband Brandon Barclay stayed back to keep watch over their home before the storm hit, WCSC reported.

Thursday, as the rain kept falling, he saw something he's never seen before - an island of trees floating across a pond that had overflowed, according to WCSC.

And like anyone in the situation would have done, Barclay grabbed his phone and started recording it.
