In April 2017, more than 1 million people around the world tuned into the much-anticipated live birth of April's fourth calf, Tajiri. For months, fans watched livestreams daily as they waited for Tajiri's arrival.
Animal Adventure Park announced April was pregnant again in July 2018, and supporters were once again able to follow the mother’s pregnancy online.
Now, the zookeepers will be deciding on a name.
The name of April's fourth calf, Tajiri, which means "hope" and "confidence" in Swahili, was chosen after an online voting contest.
