Willow Palin, 25, shared the news Monday on Instagram, posting a photograph of Banks and Blaise, People reported.
"Banks and Blaise... we are so in love with you girls ❤️," Willow Palin wrote on Instagram.
Willow Palin married her husband, Ricky Bailey, in 2018, and the couple announced the pregnancy in May 2019, E! Online reported.
Willow's younger sister, Piper Palin, used an Instagram Story upload to congratulate the couple, US Magazine reported.
“So excited for my sister and brother-in-law! TWO babies!!” the 18-year-old wrote.
