Everyone is binge-watching something these days, but a deputy pulled a driver over for watching a television show while going through a school and construction zone.

The driver was passing through a school and construction zone at 8 a.m. last week in South Forsyth, Georgia., when the deputy, who was directing traffic, noticed a phone mounted on the vehicle dashboard, the Gainesville Times reports.

“As he passed me, I observed that the phone was on with a television show playing … I also saw that (the driver) was looking at the phone and not at the road,” the arrest report stated.

When the deputy pulled the driver aside, he asked what he was watching, to which the driver replied, “How I Met Your Mother,” the CBS sitcom starring Neil Patrick Harris and Jason Segel, the Gainesville Times added.

The driver was issued a reckless driving citation.
