It’s cookie time: Girl Scouts debut new cookie for 2020

You have may already received the emails from the Girl Scouts, but if you haven't, it's time to buy the Samoas, Tagalongs and Trefoils that pack pantries every year.

For 2020, there's a new cookie joining the pack: Lemon-Ups.

The cookies are joining the ranks of the classics like Thin Mints and are stamped with messages like “I Am a Leader” and I Am a Go-Getter."

The Lemon-Ups is, as its name suggests, a lemon-flavored cookie that has a sweet glaze on one side.

Lemon-Ups will be available from troops that are supplied by Little Brownie Bakers. Each Girl Scout council chooses what baker it uses, "Today" reported.
