The couple declined to share images of their daughter, citing privacy concerns.
"While we are overjoyed to share this news, we also feel a strong instinct to protect our little one's privacy," the couple wrote. "So we won't be posting pictures or sharing any more details, other than the fact that she is really really cute!!"
Diaz, 47, and Madden, 40, wed in 2015 and tend to keep their relationship out of the public eye, according to CNN.
Raddix is the first child for both Diaz and Madden, USA Today reported.
