The body of a University of Notre Dame senior was pulled from a lake on campus Friday morning, authorities said.

Annrose Jerry, 21, was last seen Tuesday night, WNDU reported. Her body was found in St. Mary's Lake around 11:15 a.m. and was recovered an hour later, the television station reported.

The body had no signs of external trauma, according to the St. Joseph County Coroner's Office. An autopsy has been scheduled, WSBT reported.

“We’re deeply saddened by the passing of Annrose,” Rev. John I. Jenkins, C.S.C., president of the University of Notre Dame, said in a statement. “We will keep her and her family and friends in our prayers.”

Jerry attended high school in Blaine, Minnesota. She was a science-business major and was scheduled to graduate and go to dental school, WNDU reported. Her parents live in Oceanside, California.
