Beaver moon 2019: 10 stunning photos of November's full moon

November's full moon, also known as the beaver moon, brightened the night sky Tuesday.

According to the Old Farmer's Almanac, the display marks "the time of year when beavers begin to take shelter in their lodges," hence the unusual nickname.
