Lambert's MuttNation Foundation made a large donation to the Scituate Animal Shelter which has allowed the shelter to waive adoption fees for a limited time.
The shelter says it could not have come at a better time because summer is the slowest time for adoptions. The shelter, which they say is full of pups looking for new homes, will be waiving adoption fees until July 19.
