The injuries were not considered life-threatening, authorities said, but the crash tied up traffic at the airport and surrounding roads for a few hours, the website reported.
According to a spokesman with the Port Authority, the shuttle was approaching the terminal when it hit the barrier at 5:30 a.m., the North Jersey Record reported.
Flights were not impacted, Port Authority police told NJ.com.
