It pits members of the Miami Valley Association of Disabled Athletes against staff from Greenon schools, the Enon Police Department and the Enon/Mad River Fire Department.
Spectators will be asked for a donation at the door with a 50/50 raffle at half time.
In addition to raising money for sport-adapted wheelchairs, organizers say they aim to raise awareness of sports available for individuals in wheelchairs.
