FIRST REPORT:
State police are seeking information to help locate a missing 10-year-old Indiana girl who is believed to be “in extreme danger,” according to investigators.
Skylea Rayn Carmack, of Gas City, Indiana, located around 80 miles northeast of Indianapolis, was last seen on Saturday around 4 p.m., Indiana State Police said in a media release.

A statewide Silver Alert, issued for missing individuals, was issued for Carmack because police believe she is in extreme danger and may require medical attention.

Carmack is described as 5-feet tall, 100 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with the characters of Mario and Luigi on it, black pants with a red design, and teal, high-top tennis shoes.
She may also be carrying a pink backpack, a blanket with puzzle pieces on it, and a pillow, according to state police.
Carmack may also answer to the names of Sky or Boog.
