Overnight: Humidity will stay on the lower side with overnight lows dipping to the lower 60s, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist McCall Vrydaghs said.
Saturday: It is expected to start with plenty of sunshine and low humidity, but moisture and heat will move in from the south by the end of the day. High temperatures will climb into the upper 80s with a heat index in the low 90s.
Sunday: It’ll be partly cloudy, hot and humid as highs peak in the upper 80s. However, temperatures will feel closer to the lower 90s. There’s a slight chance for afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms.
Monday: Similar to Sunday, it will be hot and humid with a high in the upper 80s. Again, there will be a chance for isolated, pop-up storms to develop in the afternoon.
Tuesday: Expect it to be partly cloudy, very warm and muggy as the week continues. Highs will reach in the middle to upper 80s. Clouds will increase as rain and a few storms move in as part of remnants of Tropical Storm Barry that pass through the region. The placement and timing of this precipitation may change in the coming days.
Wednesday: Mostly cloudy, warm and muggy conditions are expected with highs in the middle 80s. Rain is likely with a few storms as the remnants of Tropical Storm Barry passes through the region. The placement and timing of this precipitation may change in the coming days.
