Police are looking for a 3-year-old missing from the 3700 block of Petre Road in Springfield Twp., Clark County dispatch confirmed.
The girl, named Emma, has reportedly been missing since around 12:30 p.m.

Emma is 3-foot-5, weighs 50 pounds, and has blonde hair with pink streaks.
She is wearing a light blue shirt with purple leggings.
If anyone has any information or sees Emma, call 9-1-1.
