Hall is accused of entering the home of a woman who died in June 2018 and the home has been vacant since but still has possessions inside, according to the police report.

Police said Hall left his toddler-age daughter alone in a playpen in the living room of the house next door.

Police said Hall admitted to burglarizing the home on two occasions, and officers found alleged stolen items in the suspect’s bedroom: Bag of jewelry, jar and bag of loose change, TV, a doll and VHS Disney movies.
