Crews were able to restore electric service for approximately 1,879 of those affected customers by 7:10 p.m., she said.
At 9:30 p.m., about 25 customers are still without power as crews are working to determine whether the problem is with an underground cable or a transformer in the area, Millhouse said.

More than 2,000 Dayton Power & Light customers are without power this evening and News Center 7 is working to find out what's going on.
Customers began reporting outages about 6:15 p.m., according to the online DP&L map.
This newsroom has received calls from residents in Vandalia and Huber Heights to report outages in their areas.
According to the online map, an estimated 1,904 customers east of I-75 and south of I-70 are without electric service.
The same map indicates approximately 190 outages just south of U.S. 40 and just west of I-75 in the Vandalia area.
