Final suspect sentenced for role in Huber Heights AT&T robbery

The final of seven suspects to be sentenced for his role in the AT&T store robbery on Old Troy Pike last February will spend seven years in prison.

Caleb Johnson apologized in court Wednesday saying “that wasn’t me, I made a mistake.”  Johnson also apologized to the community for his actions.

Johnson was convicted on two counts of aggravated robbery and single counts of kidnapping and improper handling of a firearm.

Judge Barbara Gorman told Johnson he “still scared a lot of people, petrified a lot of people.”  Gorman also urged Johnson to continue his schooling while in prison.

Taveon Felton, Skyver Palmer, Dannell Robinson and Damion Raglin were sentenced previously for their roles in the robbery and manhunt that followed.

Of the seven defendants, two boys, ages 15 and 16, were sentenced to up to four years in juvenile prison. We are not naming them because they were tried in Montgomery County Juvenile Court.
