Endangered Missing Adult Alert for Bellefontaine woman, 78, is canceled

UPDATE @ 7:20 p.m.: The statewide Endangered Missing Adult Alert has been canceled, Bellefontaine police said.

INITIAL REPORT

A statewide Endangered Missing Adult Alert has been issued for 78-year-old Patsiene Foreman of Bellefontaine, who has been missing nearly five hours.

According to police, she was last seen leaving her home, on Blair Avenue, about 2:30 p.m. Monday. She has dementia and other medical issues.

She was last seen wearing a blue and white sweater, blue pants and a coat.

Her hair is in pigtails. She is described as 5-foot-7, about 160 pounds. She has gray hair and blue eyes.

If you see her or know of her whereabouts, you are asked to call Bellefontaine Police at 937-599-1010, the Ohio Attorney General's Missing Persons Unit at 1-866-693-9171 or 9-1-1.
