West National Road (U.S. 40) is back open following a crash that shut down the highway.
The crash involved one car, but it was not clear whether anyone was injured, according to the Springfield Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, which is investigating.
FIRST REPORT
A crash this evening has led to the shutdown of West National Road in both directions.
The crash happened in the 5000 block of West National Road (U.S. 40), just east of Springfield.
News Center 7 is working to find out how many vehicles were involved and the severity of any injuries.
