The first case was reported Sunday involving someone who worked in Building 262 on the base’s Area A.
Officials have not released where the latest people who tested positive worked.
Col. Thomas Sherman, commander of the 88th Air Base Wing, declared a public health emergency Monday, with a focus on missing essential work and new traffic entry.

The change also meant that thousands of civilian and military employees were working from home.
WPAFB is the state’s largest single-site employer, with some 30,000 military and civilian employees on a typical work day.
