DETAILED FORECAST
TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy and cool temperatures are expected tonight, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist McCall Vrydaghs said.

Temperatures will fall though the 30s to an overnight low in the upper 20s.
Clouds will continue to thicken during the overnight hours.
WEDNESDAY: A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for some ahead of a complex system will bring both rain and snow to the region.
Starting in the early afternoon, snow showers arrive in the region first from the south and spread to the north. As warmer air pushes into the storm areas south of I-70 will transition over to rain.

Northern parts of the region will see a mix of snow and sleet with some accumulations possible, and could lead to a messy evening commute.
Temperatures during the day will reach the middle to upper 30s, then fall overnight.
As colder air arrives, all precipitation will switch back to snow, and could cause road issues for the Thursday morning commute.
Snow totals for areas around Dayton and south will be around an inch or less.
Areas north of I-70 could see 2 to 4 inches with higher amounts possible.

THURSDAY: A messy morning commute is possible with snow showers and temperatures below freezing.
Additional light snow showers are possible at any point during the day with a quick light accumulation possible.
It will be chilly and breezy with highs only in the middle 30s.
FRIDAY: It will be a frigid morning with temperatures starting in the low teens. Any moisture from light snow showers on Thursday could produce slick spots Friday. We will see scattered clouds through the day with a high temperature of only 23.
It will be very cold for Friday night. Temperatures will drop into the upper teens during evening plans.
SATURDAY: We will see a bitter cold start in the middle teens, followed by sunshine and a few clouds during the day. Temperatures will have a nice rebound back to about 40.
SUNDAY: Partly sunny and breezy with highs reaching the lower 40s.
