There have been 77,215 total cases of coronavirus and 3,219 deaths attributed to the virus reported in Ohio, according to the Ohio Department of Health.
The state saw 1,047 cases and 30 deaths reported in the last 24 hours.
Hospitalizations increased 126 to a total of 9,736.

There were 23 ICU admissions reported in the last day, bringing the total to 2,367.
Gov. Mike DeWine postponed a coronavrius update scheduled for this afternoon due to a U.S. Attorney’s Office press conference set for 2:30 p.m.
The coronavirus press conference will now take place Wednesday at 2 p.m.

During an interview on NBC’s “Meet the Press” over the weekend, the governor said that he is still considering a statewide mask mandate and expects that a lot more counties will be under the public health mask order this week, according to the Associate Press.
As of Friday, 19 counties deemed at high risk of coronavirus exposure and spread were under the mask order. Montgomery and Butler counties have been under the mask order since it was announced earlier this month.

U.S. Attorney David DeVillers and the FBI are expected to announce charges in connected to a $60 million bribe to a state official during the 2:30 p.m. press conference.
Ohio House Speaker Larry Householder and four others were reportedly taken into federal custody today after police activity was reported at Householder’s farm in Perry County.
