Kidd was driving a 2000 Dodge Caravan on Dayton-Springfield Road shortly after 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 6, 2017, when she allegedly went left of center, striking a 1999 Plymouth Breeze driven by Ruth Clensy, 93, also of Fairborn, according to court records.

The crash occurred near the intersection of Dayton-Springfield and Haddix roads in Mad River Twp.

Both Kidd and Clensy were taken to Miami Valley Hospital after the crash. Clensy later died at the hospital.
