Officers were called to the home at about 11 p.m. Thursday. They found the victim lying in the front yard of the home with a cut above his eyebrow and his face covered in blood, the report says.
The victim told officers he and Fenwick were arguing about using the phone. As he was bent over to unplug the internet, he was allegedley struck with the large glass candle, the report says.
Fenwick was later found in her bedroom, the report says. The victim was transported to Springfield Regional Medical Center.
