Herr Road in Salem Township will be closed between U.S. Route 68 and Clark Road beginning on Thursday, Aug. 6, according to Champaign County Engineer Stephen McCall.

The road will be close for two weeks for rehabilitation of a 17-foot prestressed concrete box beam bridge.

McCall said the funding for this project is through the his share of motor vehicle and licenses fees and gasoline tax.
