The stolen gold Chevy SUV was traveling on Driscoll Avenue when the driver came to a dead end and drove down a private gravel driveway.

The chain that connected the safe to the SUV broke when the driver arrived at the dead end.
After the chain broke the suspect began pushing the safe with the SUV until the safe got stuck and the driver continued toward a wooded area in the SUV.

The SUV got stuck and at least one suspect is believed to have fled into the woods on foot where police and a K-9 unit continue their search.
