Updated leaders in men's state bowling tourney

The Browning Chevrolet squad took the lead in the team actual division by a single pin during the seventh weekend of competition at the Ohio State United States Bowling Congress Bowling Association Annual Championship.

The Cincinnati team bumped Legend Lanes #1 out of the top spot, 3,375 to 3,374. The doubles handicap division also has new leaders as Clarence “Paul” Betts and Melissa Betts, of Jackson, bowled their way to the top of the leader board.

Close to 6,500 bowlers will compete in the state tournament, which runs through May 8 at Capri Lanes and Poelking Lanes South.
