I am sick of Democrats and Republicans. America, let's take back our country. Vote out the incumbents and let's start fresh with new people and new ideas!
Thank you, Garnett Hess, on your recent commentary about the Tea Party. I went to the rally (my first ever) on April 15 in Springfield because I am an average citizen concerned about big government, a huge deficit and Congress that seems to ignore us. People like me come in all colors. Race has nothing to do with it.
I have a question concerning Glenn Beck's rally to restore honor. How do you restore the honor lost when President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney lied to us and invaded Iraq? How do you reclaim the billions of wasted dollars? How do you undo all of the damage done and bring back all the innocent lives lost? Maybe Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin should have been more active during the "W" Bush years.
Glenn Beck really runs down a lot of people on his show. He creates a lot of anger and hate. His fans are apparently people who subscribe to intolerance, anger and hate as traditional values.
The world knows what the Washington rally stood for. The Tea Party is no civil rights movement. They are a national embarrassment to the entire world. They have no right to associate themselves with the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King.
Glenn Beck is a classic example of narcissistic personality disorder.
