Guitarist Joe Perry, who helped form Aerosmith, collapsed on stage during a performance at Coney Island in New York City Sunday night.
Perry, 65, was playing with Hollywood Vampires, which includes actor Johnny Depp and Alice Cooper.
He lost consciousness and police helped resuscitate him, sources told the New York Post.
Videos posted to social media show the rocker sitting near the drum kit before walking behind an amp and stumbling off stage.
He is in stable condition and was taken to Coney Island Hospital, according to WPIX-TV.
