Fresh off its recent Dance for Four event, the Gary Geis Dance Company will return to the local stage for the next Sanctuary Series program.

The Springfield-based dance group will be joined by guest performers for the 3 p.m. Sunday show at High Street Methodist Church, 230 E. High St., Springfield. There is no admission fee, but offerings to help support the series will be accepted.

The dancers will take on “Amazing Grace,” Good Morning Heartache,” “Swing Low Sweet Chariot” and a quintet of dancers will be featured in “Etudes.”

Dayton harpist Bobbie Strobhar and flutist Michele Grogean will accompany the dancers on “Amazing Grace.” Musical selections for harp and flute will include “Serenade” by Haydn, “Canon” by Pachebel and a setting of Laudate Dominum.

Liturgical solos will be performed by Lydia Tanyhill and guest artist Laujuan Lane.

A reception in the church commons will follow the performance.
