Frisch’s Big Boy launching new menu items to celebrate Fiona the famous hippo

Frisch’s Big Boy is introducing two new menu items to celebrate the Cincinnati Zoo’s world-famous hippo Fiona.

A portion of the proceeds from each Berry Big Cake and Berry Pancakes, in addition to proceeds from a new Fiona plush toy, will benefit the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden.

Beginning Wednesday, July 22, and for a limited time, participating Frisch’s restaurants will offer:

  • Fiona Berry Big Cake with vanilla ice cream, blackberry sauce, unicorn whipped topping and purple sprinkles. Cost $4.29.
  • Fiona Berry Big Pancakes including two fluffy pancakes, blackberry sauce, unicorn whipped topping and purple sprinkles. Served with bacon, sausage, ham or turkey sausage. Cost $5.49.
  • Fiona plush animal wearing a Big Boy T-shirt (limited supply at participating locations).
