Bill Cosby ‘not remorseful,’ in ‘good spirits’ at Pennsylvania jail, report says

Cosby, 81, was convicted of three counts of sexual assault last April in the 2004 attack on Constand at his mansion in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and sent to State Correctional Institution-Phoenix outside Philadelphia.

Cosby's spokesman, Andrew Wyatt, recently spoke with WNBC-TV and said Cosby is maintaining his innocence in the Constand case and still says the incident with her was consensual.

"When I visit him, it's nothing sad about it," Wyatt told the station. "He's not sad. He's not remorseful because he did nothing wrong."

Wyatt said Cosby is in good spirits, despite being in prison and that he talks to his wife, Camille Cosby, at least three times a day.

“He’s mentally strong,” he said. “He’s just a strong man.”

After Constand went public with her accusations against Cosby, dozens of women came forward accusing Cosby of drugging and raping them in cases dating back to the 1970s.
