"(It's) not worth commenting on such an idiotic report," the representative told the Daily News. "Of course it's not true."
Jenner's representative also called the rumor the "dumbest statement of the day."
The denial came just hours after The Wrap reported author and Kardashian family biographer Ian Halperin as saying that multiple sources told him Jenner has been unhappy following the transition.
"One source confirmed to me Caitlyn has made whispers of 'sex change regret,' hinting she might go back to being Bruce Jenner," Halperin said.
He told The Wrap that many sources close to the family could attest to Jenner's feelings but did not name any of the sources.
"It hasn't been easy for Caitlyn, it's been very hard," one family friend said, according to Halperin, who authored "Kardashian Dynasty: The Controversial Rise of America's Royal Family." "She's thrilled she has raised awareness about how transgender people have long been discriminated against but I think there's a chance she'll de-transition in the next couple years. I don't think it would surprise anybody in her inner circle. It has been much harder than she anticipated. My heart goes out to her and I know her true friends will be there to support her on whatever path she chooses."
But Jenner recently suggested during an episode of her E! Network documentary series "I Am Cait" that she would not be against dating a man.
In an interview last year with Vanity Fair, Jenner said that she experienced a mini panic attack after undergoing facial-feminization surgery.
"What did I just do?" Jenner said she thought after the procedure. "What did I just do to myself?"
