Attorneys for Security National Bank and Clemens Oil officials did not return calls to the News-Sun.
According to the Clark County Auditor’s office, Clemens Oil owns two properties in Clark County: One on 4725 S. Charleston Pike and the Valero gas station at 1024 E. Home Rd.
Sunny Singh, who owns the Valero and Sunny’s Drive Thru on Saint Paris Pike, is in the process of purchasing the Home Road Valero.
Singh said he is a friend of the Clemens Oil family, and purchased the Valero on Home Road as a way to help them.
“We need to help each other work in this bad economy,” he said. “It’s kind of hard to compete with prices against other competition.”
