Apparently that has been decreed because shorthand for the date -- "Mar10" -- looks like like it spells out the name of Nintendo's iconic plumber.
Ohio State, never one to miss an opportunity to promote its brand these days, is taking advantage with an amazing cartoon short featuring Damario McCall, a sophomore running back/receiver who figures to play a big role this season.
It's early in the day, but the rest of the Internet is going to be hard-pressed to beat this effort.
