Monday will bring a little morning sun, but skies will remain fairly cloudy throughout the day, said Chief Meteorologist Jamie Simpson.

A stray shower can't be ruled out late Monday with the chance of a few more showers overnight into Tuesday morning. Highs will be in the mid to upper-40s.

Tuesday an early shower is possible then clouds should give way to a bit more sun in the afternoon. Morning temperatures should be in the mid to upper-30s and reach the low-50s in the afternoon.

Wednesday, cloudy skies with showers throughout the day. Highs will climb to 60 degrees with the evening lows in the mid-40s.

Thursday, rain will be steady and perhaps heavy at times. Cooler temperatures are expected as a front slowly moves through the area. Morning lows will be near 40 degrees and afternoon highs only in the mid-40s.

Friday, rain will mix with snow to the southeast but most areas will see light snow. Highs will be at or just above freezing. Roads should be in decent shape until evening. The snow will end Friday night but temps will drop into the 20s Saturday morning with potential road issues.
