TMZ has published a brief video that shows him pulling a woman's shirt down to expose her breast during a St. Patrick's Day parade, but the site also reports there seems to be no harm, no foul as far as she is concerned.
We spoke with Elliott’s rep who told us the woman wasn’t upset … and actually hung out with Zeke and a group of friends after the parade ended.
Nonetheless, ProFootballTalk.com notes Elliott is still under investigation by the NFL for domestic violence allegations that did not result in criminal charges and speculates this incident could work against him as that drags on.
